How to make Brinjal Fry

The brinjal also called as egg plant or aubergine, comes from the family of fruits and vegetables that includes potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. Botanically, the brinjal or egg plant is a fruit, not a vegetable like we think and the brinjal plant grows just like tomatoes. Just like some other colorful veggies, this vegetable also has a lot of health benefits.

How to make Brinjal Fry

Ingredients :
Brinjal                1 cups (sliced)
Ginger                1/2 tsp
Garlic                  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder        1 tsp
Coconut oil
Salt                     to taste

Method
Marinate the brinjal(eggplant) with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt. coconut oil add into a pan and add the brinjal. And add the brinjal. And fry well.
Brinjal fry is ready
