Easy Spinach Baji

Ingredients 

1.Spinach

2.Maidha

3.Salt

4.Chilly powder

5.Asefotida powder

6.Gram flour( Besan)

7.Oil

Preparation

 

1. Take a bowl

2. 2 to 6 ingredients mix with some water

3. Make it a batter

4. Take the spinach leaf then dip in the mix with both sides

5. Heat the oil

6. Fry it well
