Chilli chicken

Marinate:
Boneless skinless chicken breast -  1/2 lb /250 gms( cut into cubes)
Corn flour          -   1 tsp
Egg                     -   1 no
Ginger
Garlic paste       -    2 tsp
Soy sauce          -    1 tsp
Vineger             -    1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients
Onion               -   1 (chopped)
Capsicum         -    1 (chopped)
Garlic               -    1 tsp(minced)
Ginger             -     1 tsp(minced)
Corn flour        -    1 tsp( dissolved 1/4 cup of water)
Soy sauce        -     1 tsp
Chilly sauce     -     2 tsp
Tomato sauce  -     2 tsp
Green chilly    -     2 big
Salt to taste
Spring onion   -    2 stalk( chopped)
Oil for frying
Preparation method
Marinate the chicken with above listed ingredients (To marinate) & keep it aside for an hour
Heat oil in thr frying and when its hot  deep fry the chicken in it, remove and keep itside
Heat the same pan with 1 tbsn oil on medium flame.
Add green chilli,ginger,garlic and saute for a minute. Now add onions and saute till turns to translucent
Now add chopped capsicum,half of chopped spring onions and mix well
Pour the soy sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce to it and mix  well and pour little water, stis well and allow to boil
When it starts to boiling add fried chicken and mix well, at this stage add the dissolved and stis well till desired thickness
Garnish with remaining spring onions

Kerala style chilli chicken is ready
