White chick peas 1 cup
Onion 2 large
Tomato 2 large
Roasted coriander
seeds. 2tsp crushed
Kashmiri chilly
pwdr 1 1/2 tsp
Chana masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves as per taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt
Coconut oil
Method
Heat oil add coriander seeds and chopped corriander leaves, saute for two minutes. Add onion,ginger,garlic paste and salt. Cook till onion turns light brown. Add chana masala and chilli powder. Cook till raw smell disappears. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it turns mashy. Add coocked chick peas. Mix well and cook on a low flame for few minutes. Remove from the flame,squeeze same time juice and serve hot
