Macaroni pola
Cooked macaroni-2 1/2 to 3 cups
Eggs-6
Milk-2-3 tbsp
Salt
Pepper powder
For filling
Carrot-1 small,grated
Capsicum-1 small,grated
Chicken-boiled and shredded-1 cup
Onion-2,sliced
Spring onion-1/4 cup,approximatelyGinger garlic paste-2tsp
Green chilly-3
Pepper powder-1 tsp,
adjust according to taste Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Soya sauce-1-2 tsp

Oil-2tbsp
Heat oil in a pan add onion,chilly,ginger garlic paste and salt,saute for a while. Add the vegetables and sauté till they become soft,but not mashy . Add the cooked chicken,spring onion,soya sauce and pepper,mix well. Sauté for a mint and remove from the flame. Let it cool. Beet the eggs with milk,salt and pepper. Add macaroni to this and mix well.Grease a nonstick pot with ghee. Pour half of the macaroni egg mixture to this. Layer the filling on top of it and pour the remaining macaroni egg mix. Garnish with some coriander leaves or spring onion and capsicum. Cover the pot and cook it on a low flame for 20-25 mints or till done. To remove the pola from the pan, cover the pan with a plate and turn the pan upside down and gently tap on the bottom of the pan.Grease the pan again with 1 tbsp ghee.Gently slide the pola into the pan, the top layer should go into the pan.In a low heat, cook it again for 5 minutes.
