Ingredients for Pepper Fish
Fish 500 g, boneless,
cut into cubes
Fir marination
Chilli pwdr 2 tsp
Turmeric pwdr 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwdr 1 tsp
Coconut oil
Salt
Lime juice
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
paste
Marinate the fish with the above ingredients. Let it rest for a few minutes.

Onion 2 large
Green chilli 4-5
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
paste
Lime juice 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed pwdr 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwdr 2-3 tsp
Corriander pwdr 2tsp
Kashmiri chilli pwdr 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric pwdr 1/4 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
Coconut oil for frying
Method
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry the marinated fish till done. Keep it aside to the same oil add onions,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,chilli and salt. Cook till onions turns dark brown. Add all powders cook till the raw smell disappears. Add the fish and lime juice. Mix well and cook for few more minutes on a low flame. Serve hot......
