IRACHY PATHIRI

Ingredients:
1.All purpose flour -1 cup
2.wheat flour -1cup
3.salt -half tspoon

Prepare dough using these ingredients as we prepare for chappathi or puri.

Filling:

1.onion - 5
2.chilly - 4
3.garlic paste - 1tspoon
4.meat masala -2tbl spoon
5 . turmeric powder -1spoon
6 . chilly powedr -2tspoon
7.Salt
8.curry leaves
8.beef -half kg

Preparation :

1.clean the meat well and cook in a pressure cooker by adding salt,turmeric powder,chilly powder and meat masala. 
2.heat some oil in a pan .add chopped onions and green chilly.add salt and Sort it well.
3.add turmeric powder(1/4 spoon),chilly powder(1tspoon),meat masala(1tspoon).sort it well.add curry leaves.5.take cooked beef and put it in mixi & crush it.add this beef into pan and mix it well with onion.and cook for 5 mints.keep it aside.
4.prepare small purees using the dough .fill one side of the puri with fillings and close it.press the sides and twist the sides.
5.deep fry it in oil and serve hot.
