Ingredients
Cabbage-1/2 of medium
Carrot-2 medium
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves -1 string
Ginger-one small piece
Small onion-5-6
Salt-to taste
Mustard seeds-1/4tsp
Grated coconut-2tbsp
Turmeric powder-2pinch
Coconut oil-1 tbsp
Method
Wash and grate or cut both cabbage and carrot finely .
Then crush ginger,green chilli,curry leaves and small onions coarsely .
In a bowl add these mix ,to this add other ingredients that is grated coconut,salt,turmeric powder ,cabbage and carrot and thoroughly mix with hand .
Let it rest for 10 minutes .
Then squeeze the water with ur hand and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a kadai and splutter seeds ,then add our cabbage -carrot mix and stir well .
No need to close the kadai .
Cook in low flame ,stirring occasionally .
With in 10 minutes ur thorn will be ready to serve.
Serve with rice.
