Chicken chapli kebab is an easy to make dish and the recipe is simple.
Ingredients
1 kg chicken mince
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (coarsely grounded)
1 teaspoon whole coriander (coarsely grounded and roasted)
1 teaspoon cumin seed (roasted and grounded)
4 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 medium onion (finely sliced)
4 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 bunch fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt (to taste)
Method of Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients with minced chicken and knead mixture well. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Take about 1 1/4 tablespoons of meat mixture in your hand. Place it in the center of palm. Roll it to form a smooth ball. Flatten the ball by pressing firmly between your palms. These kebabs should be a little bigger in size than usual round kebabs. Heat oil in frying pan. When oil gets hot; then lower the heat and fry kebabs until well done.
