Sardine Fish
Ginger
Garlic
Curry leaves
Salt
Vinegar
Chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Coconut oil for fry
Methods
Take a mixi jar
Add ginger,garlic,curry leaves,salt,vinegar,chilly powder,turmeric powder
Grind it well
Spread the masala each and every sides of the fish
Wait for 30 mins
Then fry it
Tasty and yummy Sardine fry/Mathi fry/ Chaala porichath is ready
