Instructions to Assemble

Clean and wipe the banana leaves dry.

Wither the leaf by holding over the fire. Ensure the whole leaf is withered.

Apply a touch of oil on the focal point of the leaf.

Put a touch of masala blend and spot a couple of the singed prawns over the masala.

Spoon a touch of masala blend on top. You can make 3-4 layers.
