Ingredients
Payar leaves finely chopped
Coconut
Coconut oil
Mustard seed
Dry red chilly
Onion
Salt
Preparations
Wash the payar leaves well and finely chop them.
Grind coconut,onion,dry red chilly and some salt.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seed.
Add the coconut mix.
Saute well.
Add the chopped boiled leaves.
Cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
Turn of the flame.
Payar Ela Thoran is ready now.
