Homemade Bread Receipe


HOMEMADE BREAD, WITH AND WITHOUT OVEN

1)  2 1/2 cups of flour
2) 1/2 cup of warm milk add more water if needed
3) 1/8 tsp of yeast
4) 1 tsp of sugar
5) 1/4 cup of sugar for dough
6) 2tsp of salt

1) mix yeast and sugar in warm milk
2) take flour and add sugar and salt and mix
3) add the yeast milk and make. a smooth dough
4) knead for 10 mins
5) let it rise for 1 hour
6) after  1 hour flatten the dough into medium thickness and roll to a cylinder shape
7) grease a pan with oil or butter and place the dough and let it rise for another 30 min
8) bake in oven for 20-25 mins in 320f
WITHOUT OVEN

1) preheat a pan for 10 mins
2) place the bread and close lid 
3) cook on low flame for 40 mins
4) cook an extra 10 mins if you want the top to be brown
