Sardines Fry Kerala Style/ Recipe For Kerala Mathi Fry




Sardine is tasty rich and healthy sea fish. In south malabar it is called Chaala and north malabar it is called Mathi. Everyone enjoys these fish in curries. But fried sardine is quite irresistible at lunch time. Sardine/ Mathi is a popular and favourite fish of malayali. The Sardine Fish is one of the Tastiest and cheapest fish available in kerala

Ingredients 

Sardine Fish 

Ginger

Garlic

Curry leaves 

Salt

Vinegar

Chilly powder

Turmeric powder

Coconut  oil for fry


Methods

Take a mixi jar

Add ginger,garlic,curry leaves,salt,vinegar,chilly powder,turmeric powder

Grind it well

Spread  the masala each and every sides of the fish

Wait for 30 mins

Then fry it

Tasty and yummy Sardine fry/Mathi fry/ Chaala porichath is ready
