Tava Grilled Beef / Beef Chops

 




Ingredients 


Beef chops   700 g


Garlic crushed  2 tbspn


Pepper crushed  2 tbspn


Small onion fried   100 g


Garamasala      1/2 tbspn


Coconut oil     1 tbspn


Lemon            1 peice


Butter             50 g


Fresh cream      50 m


Salt              As your choice




Preparation Methods 


Beat the beef chops to a thickness of 1 1/2″ (4 cm), salt well and soak them in a marinade made from all the other ingredients. Leave for 1 night in the refrigerator or for at least several hours. 



Next day, take them out before 2 hours you start cooking, so the meat will tempers. Heat a pan with a thick bottom and grease with butter. Put the beef chops on medium to high heat for  1 minutes initially, to get braised on both sides and seal.

Then reduce the heat and fry on low heat until done. 

Serve garnished with vegetables, sauces etc.
