The brinjal also called as egg plant or aubergine, comes from the family of fruits and vegetables that includes potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. Botanically, the brinjal or egg plant is a fruit, not a vegetable like we think and the brinjal plant grows just like tomatoes. How to make Brinjal Fry
Ingredients :
Brinjal 1 cups (sliced)
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coconut oil
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate the brinjal(eggplant) with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt. coconut oil add into a pan and add the brinjal. And add the brinjal. And fry well.
Brinjal fry is ready
