Mango Mousse

Mango puree               3 large
(Mangoes remove the skin and blend it using very little water)
Liquid whipp cream     200 ml
Condensed milk           3/4-1can
(adjust accordingly)
Gelatin                        1 1/2satchel
(approximately 10 g hot water to soak gelatin 2-3 tsp)
Pista for garnishing

Method
Soak the gelatin in hot water. Microwave it for 20-30 seconds. Stir it with a spoon dissolve it completely. Let it cool a bit
Beat the cream till fluffy. Mix mango puree and condensed milk and beat untill well combined. Add the gelatin to the mix and mix well. Transfer to a pudding bowl, garnish with pista and refrigerate untill set
