Chicken Pakora

Ingredients :

1. Chicken(skinlessand boneless) -1lb
2. Salt - to taste
3. All purpose flour - 1 cup
4. Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
5. Corn flour - 2tablespoons
6. Food color - apinch (optional)
7. chillipowder - 1teaspoon /pertaste
8. Egg - 1

To grind:
1. Ginger garlicpaste - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion - 1/2 chopped roughly
3. Green chillies - 24.
Cilantro - 1/2 cup
5. Dhania seeds - 2teaspoons

Method:

1. Clean the chicken and cutthem into bite sizepieces and set itaside.
2. Grind the ingredients underthe "to grind" section into a coarse mixture.
3. Add this groundmixture to the chicken and give ita quick mix.
4. Then add salt,chilli powder andfood color. add theflours little bylittle. Spray waterif needed and mixit with the rest ofthe ingredients.
5. Make sure thebatter coats thechicken pieces evenly. The battershould not be toothick or very thin.
6. Whisk an eggand add it to thebattered chicken. Set it aside for 30mins.
7. Deep fry till itturns reddishbrown.

Serve it with tea.
