How to make Kili kood: Snack Recipe

Kili Kood is a snack made with egg and vermicelli,flatten it a bit using your palms. This recipe will you a crispy and tasty snack for your tea time.

Ingredients for Kili Kood

Boneles chicken,mutton or beef
Potato -1large
Onion -2 medium
Chilly- 3-4
Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
Tumeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Egg-1
Vermicelli strands - to coat the balls (crush vermicelli stick with hands)
Oil 2 tbsp

Method of preparation

Boil the potato with little tumeric and salt to your taste. Mash this potato and keep it aside.

Cook the chicken with some tumeric powder, pepper and salt for taste. Shred it and keep it aside.

Now put the onion in a pan and mix till it is soft. Add chilli, ginger garlic paste andsalt. Cook for few mints. Add some turmeric powder, pepper powder and gharam masala. Cook for few mints . Add chicken, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well. Add mashd potato and mix well. Remove from. The flame. Let it cool.Divide it into small balls of equal size.Beat egg with some pepper powder and salt. Dip the ball in egg then roll it in vermicelli,flatten it a bit using your palms. Deep fry till done.
